Dr. Dahiru has designed and led the implementation of several comprehensive institutional development projects; he has also led capacity building interventions for corporate captains and entrepreneurs. Notable achievements include:

Designed and implemented the Kaduna Start-up entrepreneurship programme (KADSTEP), adjudged the year 2020 best MSME state intervention by Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. • Served as a World Bank embedded economic Adviser, Budget, and Planning for the Government of Kaduna State, overseeing the implementation of the medium-term expenditure framework (MTEF). • Designed and implemented successful management development programmes for top company leaders in over one hundred top notch organisations including Total Energies, IHS Towers, Asset Management Company of Nigeria, Nigerian Communications Commission, and the Government of Kaduna State. • Delivered successful consulting breakthroughs with the World Bank, the Department of International Development, Adam Smith International, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, New Partnership of African Development. • One of the outstanding contributions of his consulting work is the establishment of the National Framework for Accreditation of Business Development Service Providers in Nigeria setting the standards for consultants providing support services to the MSME sector.
