Fellow Biography

Abdullateef Lawal is a writer, Google publisher, social entrepreneur, and workforce advocate. He has profound experience working in either public, private, or civil organizations. He has six years of experience working with the national youth service corps (NYSC) in Kaduna state under the skills acquisition and entrepreneurship development department.
He volunteered with ONE to work on policy formulations and lobby stakeholders to invest in poverty eradication in Nigeria. He became the first Country Director for Global Youth Network in Nigeria in 2020. He is the founder of iDixcover a workforce development social enterprise.

Abdullateef earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Enterprise Development Center, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a One Young World ambassador, One.org Champion, winner of Action Accelerator Africa/Europe 2021, he is the first runner-up of Impaction’s Social Innovation Competition 2022, and the second runner-up of Aachen Technology and Entrepreneurship conference Battle Pitch, Germany, 2021.
He is a speaker at Enactus World Cup 2021. He is an alumnus of Young Africa Leadership Initiative Regional Leadership Center, West Africa, Because’s Pursuit incubator, United States, Global Startup Ecosystem, LEAP Africa Social Innovators Program, Lagos, Nigeria, and Facebook/Fate Foundation Digital Aspiring Entrepreneur Program.
