Dorcas Kadangs earned her BA in Biology from Bluffton University in 2010 and MPH from Boston University School of Public Health in 2015. Prior to starting the Clinical and Population Health Research program at the University of Massachusetts, she worked in clinical research operations for clinical trials of post-marketing phase drugs for MS, Hemophilia, and other rare blood disorders Biogen Inc in Cambridge, MA. Her public health experience is varied and includes national polio eradication campaigns with the National Primary Health Care Development Agency of Nigeria, monitoring and evaluation of maternal and child health initiatives with UNICEF in northern Nigeria, and antibiotics awareness stewardship programming. She most recently worked as a Research Coordinator at the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria. Her research interests include maternal and child health, health financing systems, and health policy analysis.
