Fellow Biography

Seyi Bolaji is an experienced Broadcaster, Compère and Writer with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Ahmadu Bello, University, Zaria-Nigeria and Masters in Strategic Communications from the same Institution and owns a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Federal College of Education, Zaria. She was listed as a Top 30 under 30 Changemaker Awardee (2021), a Nigerian Sheroe in the civic space (2021), an African Female Changemaker (2022) and 100 Women Creating a Better Africa (WCBA, 2022).
She is the Founder of ProjectEAC, Educate a Child Campaign, a movement in Nigeria providing less privileged children the necessary support and motivation they need to stay in school as well as access to better education and opportunities to develop their talents and skills. With this, she has been able to reach over 4000 children in Northern Nigeria with educational materials.
Seyi is also the Founder of Creative Teens’ Corner and Creative Twenties’ Corner a platform for Teenager/ Youth all around the world where she mentors them on Creative Writing, Public Speaking and Personal Development as well as expose them to opportunities and chances to improve their skills and talents. For a better part of her life, she has been deeply concerned about issues that fall under the spectrum of Social Injustices, Illiteracy, Early Marriage, Girl Child Education. This has propelled her into several projects, initiatives and organizations.
She currently works with Stand With a Girl (SWAG) Initiative as a Communications Strategist promoting a safe and supportive environment for the social, economic, academic and healthy development of girls in Nigeria. Seyi also works with FCE FM and Queen FM as a broadcaster in Zaria, Kaduna State.
