A Steering Committee composed of Kaduna State Government officials was established to assist the Governing Board with the assessments of candidates for the Fellowship and the final selection of Fellows. The Steering Committee reviews applicants’ essays and video submissions and selects the best of them for consideration and final selection by the Governing Board.
